amsaor is the registered business name of Greg Yeates. The core function is to provide an activity based social group for our members to meet with other members and to participate in the various different events organised & run both, weekly & monthly, local, national and foreign.
As a public user you may access many areas of our website without registering your details with us however the members section of our website is only open to you if you join and become a subscribed member of amsaor. We reserve the right to add other areas to this website which are only available to users who are members. We may also revise our terms & conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this website from time to time to review the, then current version of our terms & conditions, because they are binding on you.
You cannot obtain a subscription with amsaor unless you are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Liability & Member Indemnity
amsaor shall not be liable for any loss (including consequential loss) damage costs or expenses howsoever arising (whether caused by the negligent act of amsaor or otherwise) suffered by any member or guest arising as a result of participation in any amsaor event or the actions of any fellow member of amsaor.
amsaor and its agents accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property arising out of or in connection with any of the events or activities of amsaor.
Member Conduct & Responsibilities
Members will be required to complete & sign a personal registration form with separate disclaimer form before membership of amsaor will be accepted.
amsaor maintains a database containing the personal information of all our members as provided in your personal registration form. The information contained in this database will be used for the purpose of communicating with our members as required to provide the services of amsaor.
As a subscribed member of amsaor you agree that you alone are solely, personally and absolutely responsible for your conduct at any activity or event organised by amsaor. While you are solely responsible for your interactions with any other amsaor members, we (amsaor) reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor any disputes relating to the affairs of amsaor and conduct of our members or their guests between you and any other members.
You will be required to provide evidence of current & suitable travel insurance held before taking part any amsaor event that involves any travel (where we use a 3rd party provider) and accommodation.
To participate in any event members must pay the participation fee for the particular event or activity to amsaor and if required (activity determined) sign a disclaimer form. Members must be aware that they participate in amsaor activities & events entirely at their own risk.
As a member you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless amsaor, its officers, directors, employees or agents and all other members against any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees and expenses) relating to or arising out of your participation in any of our activities or services, including but not limited to, any breach by you of the terms of this agreement.
By its very definition amsaor encourages social interaction between its members however it can accept neither responsibility nor liability for any “gathering” organised by members outside of the defined list of amsaor activities and events.
Except as provided otherwise in our privacy policy, amsaor will keep confidential all information supplied by you and shall use or disclose such information only for the purposes for which such information was collected, or as required by law.
amsaor may from time to time revoke, vary, add or alter the terms and conditions of our membership, and shall be the sole authority for interpreting these terms & conditions.

Membership Entitlements
Each amsaor individual member subscription is for a single user only. As a subscribed member you are not permitted to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.
For joint member subscriptions each individual will receive a unique user name & password and will be subject to the same restrictions as an individual member subscription. You must keep your password secure and confidential and responsibility for doing so rests with you.
Your membership is for your own sole personal use and benefit and you shall not assign, license or transfer it to any third party.
You, as a subscribed member of amsaor shall, subject to these terms and conditions along with the defined membership rules be entitled to all the privileges of membership and shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules.
Annual subscription membership also entitles a member: o to access the members section of amsaor.ie o to voting rights in the range of activities and events provided by amsaor o to partake in all activities and events organised & run by amsaor
In line with its member communication philosophy amsaor does not provide any Chat Room, Forum or Email facilities to subscribed members.
Member Subscription & Event Participation Fees
The annual membership subscription fees payable by the members of amsaor shall be such an amount as determined by amsaor. Subscription fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Membership refunds are at the discretion of amsaor.
An individual’s subscription will commence on the date membership is confirmed and the appropriate subscription fee is paid and shall expire at 12:00am on the eve of the one year anniversary of this date.
The annual subscription shall be due on the said anniversary and on each subsequent anniversary thereafter subject to receiving a renewal notice from amsaor.
A member may resign their membership at any time by letter or by email delivered to amsaor. amsaor may terminate the membership of any member whose subscription is more than one month in arrears.
amsaor may suspend or expel from membership any member whose conduct is such that in our opinion might be injurious to the character or interests of amsaor or may render the member unfit to associate with other members. amsaor may terminate or suspend your membership at any time, for any reason, without explanation, effective upon notice to you. We expressly reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the member section of our website & attendance at any of our activities & events without notice upon breach of this agreement by you of which we become aware.
Any member whose membership has been terminated pursuant to the provisions of these rules shall forfeit all the privileges of membership without claim for any refund of subscription or any damages for loss or compensation.
The participation fee for all events must be paid in full at least 5 days prior to that event unless otherwise stated. Refunds for non-attendance will be at the discretion of amsaor.
Former members who have been expelled, members who are under suspension or persons whose application for membership has been rejected shall not be admitted to events. amsaor nreserves the right of admission to any & all of our organised events.
Beyond these conditions, requests for refunds will be at the sole discretion of amsaor and will be reviewed on a member by member basis.
Provision of Service
While we endeavour to ensure that our website and its content is normally available 24 hours a day, amsaor shall not be liable if for any reason our website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to our website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control or otherwise at our discretion.
